Cool! I like your tutorial. I’ve never thought to use the displace filter in that way!
I really debated using Drupal over WordPress and at the time there were a few security issues with WP and I thought the flexibility was a little more accessible with Drupal. Probably not so anymore.
I think I’d like to convert to WordPress because its templating is a LOT nicer. And I’m up to redesign and start anew. I don’t like how my gallery is embedding in Drupal.
Hey Grant! When I looked at Drupal, it looked a little daunting to template. Then I saw how WordPress worked, I was hooked! I had tons of fun learning how to make my Azul theme from scratch and I can’t wait to design my next theme. I’d like to get a portfolio online so that’s probably my next mission. I might have to look into some of the image gallery plugins for WordPress.
